Your use of the Web Site or purchase of products from us constitutes your agreement to follow these Terms and Conditions and to be bound by them.

Niche reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice by posting updated terms of use on the Web Site. The Terms and Conditions that will apply to your order are the Terms and Conditions that are available on the Web Site when we accept your order. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions each time you purchase products from us or use our Web Site.

Returns Policy & Making Returns

In the unlikely event that a parcel arrives damaged or faulty or you wish to return it, you must contact us within 8 working days of receiving the parcel by email at nicheshop@hotmail.co.uk

Please note – All items need to be returned within 14 days, complete and in a reasonable condition. Personalised/made-to-order products may not be returned unless faulty. Where possible, we would ask that you return the item(s) with the original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.

With the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit, Niche are not responsible for return postage or the costs associated with this.  We would recommend that you obtain a Certificate of Posting, the parcel fails to reach us for any reason.

Availability of goods

At the time of placing your order, all of the items in it are in stock at our shop  according to our stock inventory system.  Very occasionally due to an inventory system error, one or more of your items will be unavailable. In this instance, you will be refunded for the item(s) and any remaining items will be shipped to you.

Product Returns If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return it to us either for exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery. On receipt of your purchase you must e-mail us within three working days to notify us of your intention and to obtain a returns number. A full refund or exchange will only be given when we have received the returned goods. Items must be undamaged, and unused and in the original packaging. We can only credit a refund to the original purchasers card. The cost for returned goods are the customers responsibility except for damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
